Flexibility and Movement Consult
$115 (65 min)
Note: $65 deposit required for new clients.
Comprehensive testing and stretching techniques with stability work. This assessment must be completed before starting a package or regular sessions.
Signature Stretch Session
$90 (60 min)
Stretch and flexibility techniques/coaching based on your prior assessment. (Initial assessment is required before booking this).
Athlete Movement Consult
$75 (60 min)
Note: $50 deposit required for new clients.
Designed for athletes aged 12–18. Includes comprehensive movement testing and stretch/flexibility work appropriate for young athletes. This must be completed as the first session.
Young Athlete Stretch Session
